As we dive into 2026, please remember a few of our policies:
Preparation:
Please plan on arriving at Zen Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service. This allows time to complete an intake form for our technicians to evaluate your needs and get you settled in. To avoid delaying our therapists’ next client, your service will end on time, regardless of your arrival time.
Cancelations:
We require at least a 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment, or you will be charged 50% of the service. We understand plans can change, but the treatments have been reserved just for you. We have other clients who can enjoy this time. Also, our technicians’ time is very valuable.
Environment:
At Zen Spa, we spend a lot of time creating an atmosphere that is peaceful and relaxing. We want to offer each client a chance to escape from the daily stresses of life. We ask that all cell phones and other electronic devices be turned off or left at home. We also ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the spa.
