Chelsea is an inspiring Licensed Esthetician who graduated from the Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology in March 2016. Skincare became her passion over the years. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients to help them achieve their skin care goals and giving her clients the ultimate glow. Making clients feel confident and beautiful, inside and out, is what drives her to be a great Skin Therapist.
